Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Citizen Seva, we provide digital assistance services such as form filling, document processing support, and online service facilitation.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided are digital assistance services. We do not sell physical products. Once a service request is initiated, it is considered as work started.

2. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once the service has been successfully delivered or processed, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Payment is successfully made but service is not delivered.
• Duplicate payment made by the user.
• Technical error from our system preventing service completion.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be provided in the following situations:

• Incorrect information provided by the user.
• Application rejected by government authority.
• Delay caused by government portal or third-party systems.
• Change of mind after service initiation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users can request cancellation only before the service processing begins. Once the service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Payment Gateway

All payments are securely processed via authorized payment gateways such as Cashfree. We do not store any sensitive payment details.
